Penthouse @ The Peak Residences

Penthouse @ The Peak Residences was a project driven by a client's admiration for Chinese home trends intertwined with modern luxury, accentuated by polished finishes. However, the project's unique challenge lay in the accessibility of materials. While the trends from China informed our design, sourcing those materials locally became a strategic adaptation.

As the designer, coordinator, supervisor, and overseer of every detail, I played a pivotal role in transforming the client's vision into reality. The project strategy involved a harmonious fusion of materials, blending book-matched laminates with locally sourced elements, all meticulously executed under my supervision. Lighting selections featured hairline gold finishes, adding opulence and richness to the space. Substantial mirrors further magnified the sense of luxury, and full-height curtains in each room played a pivotal role in enhancing the overall aesthetic, delivering an embodiment of contemporary elegance. This project exemplifies not only the creative adaptability but also the resourcefulness and meticulous craftsmanship inherent in my work as a designer and coordinator.
